Boyles Properties was founded in 2010, and started off with just a few houses. Now a few years later, we've managed to flourish into a thriving property management business with over 50+ homes in Cass County and we don't plan on stopping anytime soon.
We strive to make all of our homes something you could see your future in, while keeping the charm of an old house. Many have been completely flipped, while others we continue to improve and progress as time goes on. We have worked with the community for many years and have been involved in the restoration of Southside Park, as well as the restoration and repurposing of the Cass County Courthouse built in 1856, now the Turtle Lodge, an event venue and office space.
Most of our homes have received a landscape overhaul, designed to encourage wildlife and give them an overall air of beauty. As most of our houses are in Cassopolis and the surrounding area, we look forward to being able to partner everyone with a property that suits their needs. As lifelong residents and neighbors, we have learned the best areas and only offer homes in safe, serene settings.
